No, Altaïr's line isn't the only line of First Civilisation genes. There were several such lines, created when a chils was born through TWCB and Humans, giving them traits like Eagle Vision. Several of these lines existed so Ezio and Altaïr may belong to 2 seperate lines (as the developers themselves said that they are not related). Several of these lines joined (coincidence?) to give Desmond a 1 in a billion TWCB genes concentration. Another proof of the existenxe of several lines is that Malik and Jabal are shown to be resistant to the Apple in AC1. Similarly in ACII Leonardo is shown to be resistant. Giovanni Borgia is said to have Eagle Vision ( Project Legacy). Are you saying that they are all related to Altaïr?
