Yeah, I've seen that picture around quite often and I would totally be in 7th Heaven if they based it in Victorian England as that's my favorite time period but it's doubtful they'll do so.

I also don't think that it will be totally modern based either because from what I've read (no, I can't give a direct quote; I've read way too many interviews to be certain which one it is) they don't want it to progress too much into the gun age out of the fear it will just become another Shooter.

What I'm thinking will be the best case as to the time, I'm thinking rather Revolutionary America or Revolutionary France as both were a time when becoming free was a huge deal.
