1. I'd give it a solid 9/10. Not perfect, but much better than AC3.

QoTW: Gotten half-way through Sequence 4. There's too much stuff to distract me whilst I'm on my way to mission starts, or even mid-way through missions, so I've mostly been raiding ships and doing assassination contracts!
CCP: 3rd one
CC: "Seriously, what the fuck? He bribed me with 500f, then, seconds later, it was gone!" (my favourite tactic for reducing notoriety for free)
