The Parkour (because it hardly ever worked), the forced diving (don't see why they added that), the ridiculously unrealistic sounds from the weapons used in combat e.g swords, hidden blades, virtually invincible enemies (they would only die if you did the kill animation), unpolished stealth kills (those used in cover and from behind, could just use some from Splinter Cell), horrible facial models for NPCs and really bad hair. The list goes on but these are the only ones I can think of ATM.
