Sneak up silently, twist one guy's neck or stab/slice him while covering his mouth. Take his gun(preferably if silenced), hide his body(which is easier if you twisted his neck since there was no blood) and then try your best not to get spotted while taking out the other guys silently with the katana. If you do get spotted, shoot the one who saw you quickly and hide. In real life people aren't psychic so you will be safe if you act fast. Don't let anyone reach for a phone or radio, cause you will be screwed if they do since you are not immune to bullets and will certainly fail if you get shot even once.
