I'm really surprised that people aren't more excited about underwater gameplay. It's brand new &, in my opinion, the best new feature in the game. Why do you think Havana's better? I do think that, if the overall game is really good, Havanna could become the best city in an AC game. But come on; swimming underwater is just awesome :)
