Personally, I thought Embers was beautifully made, and I was almost crying near the end of it. As soon as I watched it, my memory went over all of the hours I spend played AC2, BH, and REV. And of course, the annoying time I spend slowly grinding to lvl 50 on BH multiplayer with my friend right before AC3 came out... Back on topic, for the second poll, I would have to say that my favourite component was the inclusion of real people. Frankly, speaking, I honestly believe I have learned more about history from the AC series than I have from my actual history classes about history outside of Canada.
