But what you must remember is that by the time of Alexei's and his family's execution the revolution was more or less over by that point, it had evolved into full stage civil war. You also must remember that Nicholas wasn't really as close to the Templars as his father was. Yes, the assassins were very against the Imperial regime but that dosn't stop Alexei being inducted into the order. He was still young (13, almost 14) a good time for him to change his ways. The problem is the revenge thing, it's been done to death but still a is a good setting. And then there's the problem of the Templar thing. It's already known that Lenin was NOT a templar but Stalin was but due to the fact Lenin atachully gave the order to shoot the Imperial family then we have a problem. Lenin will obviously be at the top of ALexei's list for putting a hidden blade through his throat, butb he wasn't a Templar so I don't know how that would work. Trotzy's assassination however would be very logical. I can just imagine the final mission, Alexei's bursts into a room and pounces on Stalin, Alexeis says "Revenge, this has always been about revenge, you KILLED my family and now I'm gong to kill YOU."Rest in peace and go o hell!!" Just then Stalin quickly gets Alexei off and a fight begins....
