I think WW II was one of the big taboos Ubisoft had about a setting. Colonization of the South Pacific would be interesting. I can definitely see a game set during the long attempts to control India or towards the very end when they had "full" control of the subcontinent. Haitian Revolution would be badass to say the least, but that might be my regional bias kicking in.
