Altair's story was in the Holy Land. Ezio went to Istanbul. Altair'r son is in Egypt. I think we have established alot in the Middle East.
Ezio was in Italy. Altair's son went to England. Most Apprentice missions in Brotherhood were in Europe and Connor's story could go into Europe as well.
South America ~ not as much on it. But would it be a good Assassin's Creed setting? Or will it turn into an Arnold Schwarzenegger killing cocaine drug lords bore-fest?
There's not much history in Africa to play around with unless they do colonial Africa. Which would be a bit similar to Connor's story.
Asia. Russia has a comic series. South Asia? hmmm... India might be fun. But SouthEast Asia would be epic. Before Assassin's Creed, I doubt the average gamer knew much about The Vatican, Hashshasheen, Renaissance Italy, or The Ottoman Empire. South East Asia would be a field day for the AC team to find ways to bring history to us. Just my opinion.
