Maybe I'm a little late in the game with this, but I think Germany is where they'll hit next. They had already alluded to something hinky happening during the American Revolution with the Truth puzzles, and they implicated Hitler being taken out by assassins as well. I'm not saying that it wouldn't be cool, but logically it makes more sense, because it enables Desmond to pick up more skills now, what with the semi more modern weaponry. If Desmond is going to eventually join the other assassins, he's going to need more than a hidden gun and a musket and a sword at his side.
