'08, right after upgrading my PC. It was on my must-play list for a while, and I'd already completed the handhelds. Been playing every game on PC release since then, and bitching about the delays. Spoiled most of Revelations out of over-excitement (I got my copy before the release date, but even that was a while after the console release), but I managed to avoid spoilers so far for ACIII. Willpower is all that'll get me through the next 23 days.
