If Daniel does make an appearance in Assassin's Creed III they will never say that, it's kind of a wasted question. And honestly, who would want to know? I'd rather keep up the suspense and see it for myself in the final game.

About the Glyphs, it was already said in the GameInformer article that they will return and I think Jeffrey Yohalem (who did the Glyphs and Clusters) is back to write them.
