There's always Laetitia England who could be with the recruits... Although she'd be more likely to be coordinating the attack. So maybe you enounter her, if indirectly.

I reckon we'll see a group of about 3-6 attack the assassins, made up of Dan Cross, the abstergo recuit(s) and Vidic. Laetitia may be there, or she may not be, I'm not sure.
