I believe the Jackdaw will be fully explorable, much like the Providence was. (Well, mostly.) I get the impression that we will be able to use it as our headquarters (much like Tiber Island), with an armoury, walk-in closet, and the likes.

Also, if we're not actually sailing it ourselves at the time, Adewale should be sailing the ship nonchalantly (even if it's just in circles).
