I didn't ask because Ubisoft probably wouldn't respond. Personally, I imagine he'll appear in a framing device for the Black Flag novel. I know I probably shouldn't say this, in case Ubisoft see it and then are unable to use this, but I'd like Connor to meet his aunt since she's his only living relative.
