There won't be any of Clay's puzzles in ACIV. Clay is not a descendant of Kenway lineage, as far as we know, and did not access Edward's memories before, hence the fact Abstergo had to pull them from Desmond's corpse in form of DNA.

The only reason we had these during Ezio's time in Italy was because Clay was related to Ezio, and relived these memories at Abstergo.
