Honestly I think it's another branch of Assassin's Creed II because of this reference: http://oi52.tinypic.com/1z65g60.jpg - If you look at the photo, the "Firmware" being loaded is Animus 2.03 (2 - meaning Assassin's Creed II and .03 - meaning the third branch of Assassin's Creed II). We're not 100% sure if Altair is gonna be back on this one just because his name was revealed in the flash teaser. His name probably just represents as the one who "started it all". It's way too early for Assassin's Creed III this year and I believe they have 2 separate groups @ Ubisoft - one group working on Assassin's Creed Revelations and the other group working on Assassin's Creed III (which I think will be released next year. Anyway, these are my observations. =]
