Well, as of now, the closest thing to that is Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. But I do like the idea to customize the player's Assassin in fine detail, as well as his/her equipment, but it would be hard to do the ancestry and the storyline, since AC is based on real-life history, only putting Assasins in the equation, and doing so incorrectly would mess up the timeline.
