Don't know, I really don't understand the lack of the creed in ACIII, they didn't even have the 'Nothing is true, everything is permitted' line.
Either an Abstergo employee/Templar, an Assassin, or a member of Erudito. I suspect the last. But no-one really knows for sure, other than the writers at Ubisoft.
