Ummm...by the time that Rodrigo Borgia was elected pope...that was the time that Spain and Portugal are feuding against each other for overseas territorial rights... Spain won due to Rodrigo Borgia, a Spaniard, would likely favor his homeland... So there's a possibility that some of the Creed migrated to the Philippines to add some of them to their ranks because of the Filipino's love of liberty and freedom.
