well Ubisoft has already confirmed that Clay Kaczmarek is dead physically, but I also have another theory although it is a little farfetched. I think 16 can be Erudito through his conciousness in the Animus, and that is why he was able to contact the Templar recruits in Project Legacy. But like I said it is a little farfetched
