I have one theory. It's a kind crazy, but... (Sorry by my bad english). I think Lucy of AC 1 isn't Lucy of AC 2. Why? In AC 1 Lucy says to Desmond "Vidic save my life. 3 guards enter in my room and try to kill me. He save me". We see in AC 2 Lucy is a professional fighter. How she learn to fight? Animus? But she stay in Abstergo all the time, i don't think they let her enter in the animus to learn by the bleeding effect.

So, i think the Lucy of AC 2 is another person with an Piece of Eden (Perhaps) using the shape of the body of Lucy (God, this will be so much easier if you guys understand portuguese xD). I could explain why the Eagle Vision of Desmond didn't see trough illusion and why Lucy always disappear and don't let Desmond go in the front of the car with her (In the AC 2).

Oh, i almost forget. I think the real Lucy is the Erudito.

Think about. Juno made Desmond do that in the end, so perhaps she knew the Lucy wasn't Lucy. 16 says "She is not who you think she is" and Juno says "Awake the sixth". Perhaps Desmond doesn't have the "full Eagle Vision" and in the next game he will and will se the Lucy of AC2 isn't the same of 1.
