Ezio's womanizing skills have hardly anything to do with his fighting skills. :D

I'm a girl and I find Altaïr a far more attractive character than Ezio. He has a more interesting background and more depth in him, too. I would say that Altaïr would win, for his knowledge, abilities and experience. I'm not saying that Ezio isn't a good Assassin, just that Altaïr would beat the living daylights out of him... blindfolded and without a limb, at that.

Altaïr for the win, definitely!
