We don't seem to disagree in particular. I was saying that in regard to that first point, it looks like we're both saying the same thing.

I was just noting that it would be useful to know what measures were used, and used that as an example. According to the Leverson scale, Connor has 60+% rank for sociopathy. Of course, what is 60% for that measure and 60% for your measure might be wildly different. Also, Leverson is self-report, which has its issues (including the fact that Connor is fictional and can't take it). All I meant is that it's useful to know where the numbers came from. Thanks for providing that, by the way.
