While the time portal is possible. Altair, Ezio, and Desmond all meeting isn't. The only way I see Altair, Ezio, and Desmond together is either because Altair and Ezio are... things in the animus like 16. Or because of the Bleeding Effect Desmond sees memories of Altair and Ezio. As for Malik's memories. No. We would need an ancestor of Malik to access the memories. Something that Desmond is not.
