Hard to say really. Cello did most of the news posts, so people only really knew him from them. But when it came to people seeking help they tended to go to Sima first. I actually believe cus of how much Sima does they confused him as the Bureaucrat. But "public face"? Difficult. 16 is our ComDev who established connections to Ubisoft. I guess we have many people who represent us.
