I'm not trying to disgrace his image, but there are some things that people need to know. First off, all you randoms saying how long you knew him for, and that he was a good friend - that's all bullshit. He was little more than a name on a screen to you, and most of you had barely, if any, contact with him at all. Stop thinking you knew him, because those of us who actually did can tell you that most of your ideas of him are wrong.

I'm guessing most of you didn't realise that this Wiki has an IRC channel, where the community can chat with each other. We've had this channel for over a year, and many members of the Staff and Apprentices - past and present - spoke with Cello. Among general conversation, we discussed the future of this Wiki, its Staff, and the community, making all the decisions. Cello was an egomaniac obsessed with power and authority. Many arguments lasted for hours as we tried to talk sense into Cello over the ridiculous things he said and did. Cello often made decisions without consulting any of us first, and gave off a vibe of "superiority".

I can also tell you that there were many editors here who contributed to this Wiki much more than Cello. Our new Bureaucrat Master Sima Yi has made many more quality edits to our articles, and is a living AC Encyclopedia. Without him, the articles here would be seriously lacking, there is no one more dedicated. Our other new Bureaucrat Vatsa1708 is a genius with Wikia codes and images. Many fancy features and templates here were created by him, and our articles are full of high quality images because of him. An editor of old called War Clown also worked wonders here, being able to write articles, create templates, and add great images. So don't go thinking Cello was any more special than anyone else here. He was not the Saint that many of you are portraying him as.

In this week we have lost four Staff members, yet only one is getting any mention. Subject 16*, AssassinRome, and Nostalgia AC have all departed from here. None of them are being farewelled or thanked for their services.

I could go on, but I think I've gotten my point across. Cello was no holy king who single handedly lead this Wiki to greatness. It was a collaborative effort, of which Cello was not at the top of most valuable contributors. I had no personal issues with Cello, none of us did. He was an alright guy most of the time. But everyone here needs to know the truth of the Cello behind the scenes before anymore people are made to look like oblivious idiots. He will be missed, and no one actually wanted him to leave, but this Wiki will flourish without him "in command" as he would put it. Things will be better for the community here in the future, as you'll all eventually come to realise.
