Blaid... being a staff is awesome. It has it's duties, but over all, the "hard parts" will be presented and the subjects tested during training.
The good parts are the majority of it, and everyone got that this is kinda a recruitment. You want to be a apprentice and maybe join the staff? So for those who HAVENT figured it out, a couple posts below there is a comment of mine all in links. Click the exclamation mark. (this post is full of secrets, people got some, but surprises me nobody saw this one)
