'he must have past his Menopause' Are you for real? Ezio is a man, a man can continue to be able to produce sperm, up until his death...Men have no Menopause.

How would he be a 'Pedo'? She is not a child for starters...and Secondly Ezio is in a time when a woman can be married off at ages as low as 11/12 years old.
