I think this may represent Desmond's life. It could be his life story, his own memories. Are we playing Desmond memories too? I suppose it could help fix his subconciousness (if that's how it's spelled :P). For example, "Escape" is listed as 16/08/2003, which would be when Desmond was 16 (when he ESCAPED from the Farm). These dates could be important events in Desmond's life. The last two obviously represent Desmond's capture by Abstergo, "JustAddGin" could be when he became a bartender, and "MotherSad" and "FatherMad" could be a time when Desmond did something that made his parent's upset. "ChicagoGirls" could mean that when he escaped, the first place he ended up was Chicago, while "NotFarEnough" and "TheyWillFindMe" could be Desmond realizing he'll need to keep moving.

There are two dates that don't fit, though. The S16 date, which I'm guessing means Subject 16, says "IAmNotAlive." Was this the date he died? And one date is listed as 16/03/0002, which unless it was a typo or something, takes place 2000 years earlier, and doesn't fit obviously. I'm trying to figure out the whole timeline now, and all of your ideas are welcome.
