Paris is already covered, French Revolution is absolutely political and it's too big a chaos for an assassin game be enjoyable.

London between Industrial Revolutions have the advantage of having steam punk technology and earlier eletricity, also, it's a city that no game ever allowed us to run free and wreak havoc.

And to me, Miles "England to USA" makes more sense than "France to USA". Simple ^^
