Is subject 16 and Desmond not related?? It says on Subject 16's page ' A descendant of both Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad and Ezio Auditore da Firenze, he was born into the Assassin bloodline. Sixteen was also related to Desmond, though their exact relation is unknown.'
