For the Pirate and Assassin part. Do you mean "innocent" enemy ships? If you think all Pirates went "kill on sight" agains all civilians on sea. Then you have gotten the PotC version. The "innocent" we are going to attack in sea is: Spanish, British and one more but, i don't remember.
