Yeah, that would be the main point of controversy. I mean, look how controversial The Da Vinci Code film adaption was. All it did was state that Jesus had children, whereas AC states that Jesus wasn't the son of god, he brainwashed the masses, and that all religions are effectively wrong. Imagine the backfire if it ever hit the big screen...
