Yeah Indiana Jones was a disappointment... but i think there is a good chance that their species (The ones who came before) came to earth with their offspring who created more offspring, well i'm not going to go on with that, but the point i am trying to make is, they had been on earth for a very long time, say over 100,000 years and they had been on the earth for such a time that they came to think of it as their home. But my theory is yes they came from outer space, just a very very very very long time ago.
