Probably like Metal Gear? :/

But yeah on a serious note, what does it really consist of? We already have smoke bombs, throwing knives, improvised weapons, crossbows, rope-dart and even strengthened blade-works. However if you mean "fluidity" in stealth and movement in general, then they have a long way to go.
