I have an idea of what he means, though. As we know, in the Truth video, Adam and Eve are, for all intents and purposes, naked. So, why would Eve have a red armband? It doesn't make sense, unless it was important.

Going forward in time, you see that Rebecca has the same exact armband, in the same exact color, in the same exact place. Cooincidence? Nothing is cooincidence in Assassin's Creed.

So, what Assassinrecriut is trying to say is that there is an connection between Rebecca and Eve, and so the most probable option is that Rebecca is Eve's descendant, just as Desmond is Adam's. So, to "find eve" would be to find her descendant, unless she is still alive somehow, and so the ending would have to be Desmond and Rebecca doing something together to save the world.

They killed off Lucy, so she won't be standing in their way (which is what Juno basically said before she made Desmond stab her).

And it doesn't prove anything, because it is speculation. But that doesn't mean it is horrible speculation.
