2. No, that is not the job of an admin... That's what people like to think. Admins like to think that to boost their own ego, and other users like to think that to put the responsibility in other people's hands. But all an admin does is the same as what an ordinary editor does, only he cleans up the shit that others left behind.
3. People see becoming a staff member more as a reward and an ego-boost rather than a serious responsibility. Admins are ordinary editors with a slightly heavier burden on their shoulders, and if ordinary users like to look up to admins and expect them to give them guidance, so be it. But I'm not the person who will supply them with that possibility, and they shouldn't blame me for it.
