Well, the shinobi did not have one specific leader. Also, I think if the Samurai and shinobi were to be included, some should at least be allies while others are enemies. I agree, hiring shinobi would be good, but at the same time it would be great to see the Assassins go up against a clan of shinobi. As a keep saying, their training is similar to that of an Assassin, so they would make for interesting enemies in both story and gameplay. It would also be good to make it clear to people at ninjutsu itself is not a martial art either.
