Why is that probable? It wasn't probable that the Russian Revolution would only be done in a comic either. Karl Kerschl and Cameron Stewart, the comic book writers, just picked the Russian Revolution out of a list of possible settings they could use. It was just their personal preference, not a logical decision made by the Ubisoft team.
