Art and writing are skills, not talents. Continue to work on them and you will improve over time.
If Wattpad is removing your stories, you could ask one of the site's support team what the issue is and see if it can either be fixed, on your part or theirs.
Also, if your friend is saying that you should quit doing something that you enjoy, she's not that good of a friend to go to for advice. Keep at it, reflect on your work, and look around for constructive criticism where you can.
