They're actually are pretty reasonable in their claims; they just want to stop Beiswenger to reopen the case, since he did drop it but with the option of "Revisiting it later." And they also settled that Beiswenger pays all the legal costs, which usually how it goes anyway when one loses the lawsuit. If they woud've wanted to take it to new level of jerkass, they could've easily make claims for reparations....not that they would've had any legal merit to do so, since Beiswenger hasn't obviously caused anykind of damage to them and Assasin's creed 3 may proceed as planned, so it would've been just a payback. But so far Ubisoft is reasonable in what they want.
