But the apple creates illusions. Just like in AC 1, Altair was stabbed by his master. But after that he was still alive. His master said that he WANTED him to see that he got stabbed. And Subject 16 says in AC B: 'She's not who you think she is'. But I think he ment Minerva, or Juno. Not Lucy. Desmond and Lucy had feelings for each other. They where ment to be together...But that's just my oppinion.
