I just had a thought. Juno says that Desmond needs to kill Lucy right? So what if Juno does this to convince not Desmond but the templars as well that Lucy is dead. Meanwhile Lucy is playing the blackops assassin chick. It would make sense, she would then have the capacity she needs to keep the templars of the Desmonds trail. She can also be watching Desmond from a hidden camera or something. Plus Desmond NEVER stabbed lucy in the heart, he stabbed her near the side of her abdomen. I agree with the apple/ illusion theory because it leads up to my theory as well. I also agree with people theory about the connection with altair and ezio thing.
