A blade to the stomach kills everyone, hey? In the first game, Al Mualim stabs Altair. He lives. In Assassin's Creed 2 and Brotherhood Ezio gets stabbed multiple times (by Rodrigo and I think by one of the Orsi brother and also by a monk). Keep in mind that all of these stabbings were in a time when medical knowledge was really bad. Isn't it very possible that Lucy will survive, considering she is touching the most powerful device in the world, there are other assassins to help, and she would probably have awesome medical care. But don't worry. NOBODY'S survived a blade to the stomach.
