I hope that she'd be alive, she's the lead female character, and a love interest for Desmond... I'm sure the developers will surprise us all with their storyline. I think the story will be more complex if she's alive so I'm kinda hanging on to the hope that the developers need her to be alive to make the game's modern time story interesting lol
