I would definitley save Giovanni Auditore, with him and Ezio side by side, they would be unstoppable and would have got the job of killing all the Templars done much quicker

For the Templars I would have saved Uberto Alberti, he only did what he did to protect his faimly and I expect most people in his position would have done the same.
