Interesting. Though, Connor doesn't strike me as the charismatic type like Ezio. Charisma is not just good looks and social relations, it also contains leadership skills. Those who are charismatic tend to lead better than others.

However, that doesn't mean Connor can't be a leader. It just might be harder for him than it was for Ezio.
