Are you asking is there a way to visit Masyaf other than the first sequence? Cause I think there is. Play a Masyaf sequence to the end. When you enter the loading screen just close your console or PC.Then restart the game and you can free roam Masyaf. But there aren't any missions other than the first sequence.
